QuantiBact, Inc., has filed a new patent on the TINA-based Cliffhanger® PCR technology - in which all PCR amplicons contain custom-designed single-stranded overhangs. Cliffhanger® PCR is especially well suited for multilex PCR with post-PCR detection on a solid surface (e.g. Luminex, array).
